📦 How do I get my order?

Once you place an order, I’ll text you to schedule a pick-up or delivery time that works for you. Sweets are ready in about 12 hours, and breads might take a little longer—up to 48 hours.

🚚 Where do you deliver?

I currently deliver to Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan. I’ll text you after you order to work out a good time. 100% of the delivery fee collected goes to our delivery driver.

🏡 Do you have a store?

Not yet—everything is made to order from my home kitchen in Astoria. I’ll coordinate pick-up or delivery with you by text.

🔁 How do I make a change?

Just text me! As long as your order hasn’t gone in the oven yet, I’ll do my best to adjust.

🍞 How should I store my bread?

It’s best enjoyed fresh within a few days, wrapped in a kitchen towel on your counter. After that, I recommend popping it in the freezer and warming it up in the oven or toaster when you're ready.

🐄 What butter do you recomend?

Kerrygold unsalted butter topped with Fleur de Sel has great quality and is easy to find here in the US. But when I'm in France, I always go for Beurre Paysan Breton with Guérande salt crystals.

🌾 Do you offer any gluten-free items?

We don’t currently offer gluten-free products. However, if you have a gluten sensitivity (but not celiac disease), you might enjoy our sourdough loaf or baguette! The long fermentation process breaks down much of the gluten, making it easier to digest for people with sensitivities.
